Financial Policies
1. TUITION Schedule: Grades
Pre-K -8
The school's expectation at the
time of registration is that all tuition and fees will be paid
on time. Failure to do so serves to rupture the contract that we
make with parents and this could result in the suspension of a
child for delinquent tuition or fees.
TUITION 15 DUE THE 10TH DAY
OF THE PRECEDING MONTH. (e.g. September is due August 10th)
Tuition is an annual fee paid in 10 monthly installments and
will be collected by Tuition Management Systems. They
will bill you directly.

All fees should be paid on time.
If there are outstanding fees at the time of report card
distribution, the report card will be withheld until fees are
paid.
Your participation in ongoing
religious, educational, and voluntary programs of
our school is vital to our school and to our children. We thank
you for your
cooperation and support you give to Saint Martin of Tours
School.
3. FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES
Candy Sale. Christmas Sale
etc.
Each family must participate in
the annual fund raising activities of the school. A
minimum of $300.00 per family in fund raising must be completed
as a result of the yearly fund raising. Any family not raising
$300.00 in fund raising will have this amount added to their
tuition payments. Fund raising is a vital part of our budget.
