Registration for Grades K to 8 taking place now for 2009-2010. Come to the School Office at 182nd Street and Crotona Avenue or call Sr. Nora or Ms. Cruz at 718-733-0347 for more information. Re-Registration is also taking place now for 2009-2010.

Re-registration forms have been sent home and are/were due back March 1st.

If you did not receive one, please call the office. If you have not returned the form, please do so immediately so that we can reserve a seat/s for your child/ren.

TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD YOU MUST BRING IN THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

• THE MOST RECENT REPORT CARD
• BIRTH CERTIFICATE ( IF YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN ARE BAPTIZED)
• IMMUNIZATION RECORDS
• BAPTIZED CERTIFICATE
• AND THE FOLLOWING MONIES (CASH OR MONEY ORDERS ONLY)
• $ 125 REG FEE (One Child) Non Fefundable
• $ 150 REG FEE (two children) Non refundable
• $ 300 REG FEE ( three children ) Non Refundable
